For all your mental health concerns!
As a qualified counsellor, I employ an integrative creative methodology combining several frameworks to find the best approach for my clients. Through my qualifications and experience, I can assist clients with mental health concerns or coach them to achieve specific goals. Creative Counselling allows us to connect through interactive and expressive means, which yields tremendous success not only with young people who usually do not wish to engage with formal support but with everyone. Art and music unite us, so why not sit in my music studio for a unique counselling experience?
My creative passions include drawing and photography. I utilise an iPad and Procreate for digital illustrations, having fun and exploring various visual art techniques to create incredible art pieces. No iPad, No problem... We can draw with pencils or play with watercolours.
Depending on your interests and abilities, I will customise the sessions and goals to ensure we have fun while we learn the basics. If you are serious about music production, we can explore more advanced production and performance, but if you want to hang out and have some fun making music, that's great too! We can also explore DJ'ing as an avenue for creative expression and as a starting point for performance. I specialise in Ableton Live and Push 2, but I am also proficient in Logic Pro and Protools. We can learn about basic workflows, arrangement, recording, mixing and mastering.

I am incredibly interested in working with teenagers and children living with disabilities, trauma and mental health challenges. I have lived experience with ASD and ID and have worked with students living with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, and Down Syndrome. I have also worked with young people who are in care and at risk. As part of my Master's, I developed an interactive online music-making application that assists children with emotional regulation and recognition.
I have worked with numerous clients to achieve specific NDIS outcomes and goals, including capacity building, social connection and confidence building.
I develop personalised sessions and content for each student, depending on their needs and NDIS plan goals. I assist students with their artistic expression and capacity building journey through music.
These are some of the tracks I've done with students as well as my own projects and collaborations.
Everyone has unique support needs. Tell me more about what you hope a counsellor or mentor can do for you, and I will create a plan to help you get what you need.
